Treat yourself to a massage, take a mini-vacation or go to a spa for the day.

Principle Number Seven: A good diet is recommended.
It is important to avoid all mucous forming foods (grains and dairy, cooked or heated fats, sugar), all processed foods, sodas, coffee, tea, salt, alcohol.
The best cleansing is done with a diet of pure organic vegetables at least for 3 days.
We need to sip 1 to 2 liters of CELTIC water a day. CELTIC water has a pH of 7.5 and only 50mg/l of dissolved solids at 180o C. (Use EVIAN if you cannot find CELTIC water).
We also need 2 to 3 cups of vegetable broth made at home with 5 to 6 organic vegetables, some fresh herbs and pure water.
It is important to chew food until it is liquid and rest after meals, outdoors if possible.
